Desert Hot Springs Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Desert Hot Springs, California and the surrounding Coachella Valley. Our services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, wall insulation, crawl space insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related services.
We serve clients in Desert Hot Springs, Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Thousand Palms, Indio, Coachella, La Quinta, Bermuda Dunes, Indian Wells, and Yucca Valley, California.
Nothing on our website constitutes a guarantee that we can complete any specific project. Our availability to take on work depends on scheduling, scope, and geographic service area conditions that may vary.
Estimates provided - whether by phone, email, or in person - are good-faith assessments based on information available at the time. Written estimates provided after an on-site assessment are more accurate but remain subject to change if conditions discovered during the work differ materially from what was visible during the estimate visit.
No estimate constitutes a binding contract. A binding agreement exists only when both parties have signed a written service agreement or work order. We will notify you in writing of any material change to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.
Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor availability, and scope changes.
We make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled appointment times. Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, prior job overruns, or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible if a scheduling change is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (760) 993-6245 or emailing sales@deserthotspringsinsulation.com. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice for confirmed jobs that required material ordering or crew scheduling may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your written service agreement.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel service requests at our discretion, including situations where site conditions are unsafe, access is not provided as agreed, or payment terms cannot be met.
Payment terms are specified in each written service agreement or invoice. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects, with the balance due upon completion. Final payment is due on the day the work is completed unless other terms have been agreed to in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable late fee on overdue balances. Accounts that remain unpaid may be referred to a collections agency, and the customer agrees to be responsible for any reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees where permitted by law.
Work will not begin on a new project if a prior balance remains unpaid without a written payment arrangement.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and the conditions relevant to the requested services. You must ensure our crew has safe and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date. You are responsible for removing or securing personal belongings in work areas as directed by our team prior to the start of work.
For spray foam insulation work, you and all occupants - including pets - must vacate the premises during installation and for the re-entry period specified by our technicians. Failure to vacate as instructed is your responsibility and may void any warranty on the work performed.
Any warranty on materials or workmanship will be stated explicitly in your written service agreement. Warranties are void if the installed materials are altered, disturbed, or exposed to conditions outside the scope of normal use without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Desert Hot Springs Insulation and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services or your use of our website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
